What Causes Abdominal Migraine?

Hi usually suffered uncontrolled vomiting that last up to more than 10 hrs. IMaybe not feeling dizzy or whatsoever it s just my stomach. My case since when I was 10 yrs old now I m 37. I undergo some medical check up like head x-Ray, EENT, full abdomen ultrasound, helicobactor test, blood test and EEG. After consulting to a neurologist she gave me some medication(Tegretol) where she called my illness abdominal epilepsy. I take the medicine for a year and it helps. I rarely suffer uncontrolled vomiting for up to 3 years. I know some foods that triggers my stomach instantly that cause vomiting are too much chocolate, Apple cider/pure vinegar. I don t have any allergies from any kind of food but taking too much of those that I mentioned cause my tummy upset. Last week I suffered again when I drink a cup of tea with lemon without eating my dinner. Vomitting for almost 10 hours. I talk to another doctor and he said its abdominal migraine. My other doctor said its a lifetime illness. Some said its a very rare condition. Do you have any suggestions about my case? Thank you.
