Getting frequent sharp pain. hi i was lifting a heavy object from the groung i pulled till last but i couldnt lift because it was very heavy after 4 hr i started getting pain at my left side of stomach but the most pain is in my pelvic area i am female and im nt pregnent
Sudden lifting of heavy weight can cause muscle strain which can present as body pain, cramping or inability to move. I would suggest you to take a combination of Pain killers and muscle relaxants like Chlorzoxazone for a faster relief of symptoms.
These drugs can cause little drowsiness. I would suggest complete bed rest until the discomfort is reduced. Anti-inflammatory gel such as Diclofenac can also be applied along with hot fomentation which can reduce the discomfort.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
