Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Reoperation depends on your clinical condition. You can't decide about it on your own, doctor will examine you and then take any kind of decision.

If any fluid is still there then it will get cleared in a mean time. So for now, you need to be examined. so please go to any gynecologist and get it examined.

You can take painkillers but I usually don't recommend it. It is better to get your problems solved than just subsiding it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
