What Causes Abdominal Pain After Doing Heavy Exercise?
Hi, 2 weeks ago after exercise (high intensity, abdomen exercise. I excersice regularly), I felt a twitching on the upper side of my right abdomen, like a pulse. It lasted for 2 days with no pain. Ever since there has been an uncomfortable feeling on the left side of my rib cage-abdomen area. It hasn t been painful but recently there s been mild pain but not excessive pain. What could it be?
According to your history you are having mild inflammation of costal cartilage that is costochondritis.... It can also be associated with muscular strain ... Don't worry about that....
Take simple ibuprofen for it... For few days avoid heavy weight lifting exercise.... Hot pad application can be done.... Strenous work restricted.... Proper sleep posture while sleeping....
You will be alright in week....
Take care.
