What Causes Abdominal Pain After Eating Food?

my 11 year old son have enlarge 4 to 10mm lumb nodes problem by ultra sound and esr is 42 but xray is ok. some stomach pain after eating, no feever vomiting only one day in last one week while he eating maggi, no cough, but two year earlier one doctor give my son six month tb madicines without telling me please suggest me

further evaluation needed:

he should following tests done

1. liver function test
2. stool test and culture
3. urea breath test for H.pylori

you may post the test results here or visit treating physician.

meanwhile
include yogurt in meals
avoid food that alleviates the pain
avoid spicy and junk food
