Its been a year any thing i eat cause sever abdominal pain . now its getting to be i dont have 2 eat anything i have to got to bathroom. I have had a cam in but nothing i dont have a gallbladder or a pendex it was emergency removed so i am lost dont kn w to do any more pain get to be to much i do have prescribed pain med but nothing helping any more now i get light headed from it it not a ulcer
Thank you for asking the question. an abdominal pain that starts right after eating suggest peptic ulcer disease. You have said that it is not an ulcer but still such symptoms may occur in the absence of ulcers. Esophageal reflux disease may also cause pain. Moreover, i will suggest you to have an upper GI endoscopy to rule out any duodenal ulcer or gastric erosions. Moreover, have an abdominal ultrasound to see the bilary ducts, there is a possibility of stones in them. If that also come normal then have an Abdominal CT this will give us some clue. Best wishes.
