What Causes Abdominal Pain After Eating?

Hello, I have had this problem my entire life. After every meal, I get a severe abdomen pain and usually have to use the rest room almost immediately after, and never a solid stool. my doctor has stated she thought it might be a form of ibs, but won t do a colonoscopy as she states it s too invasive for my age. It happens no mater what I eat and is usually worse when I try to eat more than once a day. Any idea what it could be?

As per your complain abdominal pain and bowel movements after eating seems to be due to causes like Gastroenteritis, food poisoning, food allergy, lactose intolerance,Irritable bowel syndrome, Toddler's diarrhea,inflammatory bowel disease etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Colonoscopy, blood tests and stool culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to take antibiotics in case of bacterial infection, proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole, anti diarrhea medicines etc to relive the symptoms..
Take soft and light diet..
Avoid spicy food and limit intake of dairy..
Drink plenty of water and take more of probiotics like Yoghurt..
