Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I have read and understood your concern.
Abdominal pain after eating may be caused by many factors or medical conditions.Possible causes may include:
-Overeating
-Hot or spicy foods
-Food intolerance/lactose intolerance
-Food allergies
-Celiac disease
-Food poisoning
-Peptic ulcer
-Gallstones

-And many others
I will advise he tries the following:
*Drink plenty of water and avoid large meals. When you are hungry, start with bland, smaller meals.
*Try an over-the-counter
antacid.
*Gently
massage your stomach.
*Eat yogurt regularly.
*Avoid solid foods if you’ve been
vomiting.
*Avoid greasy, fatty, processed foods.
*Drink herbal tea.
*Don’t take
aspirin, narcotics, or anti-inflammatories until you have determined the cause of your digestive distress.
*Avoid alcohol.
*Avoid smoking.
If symptoms persist, you see the Doctor for evaluation.
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns
