Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I can t eat anything at all (including wheat bread or non-citrius fruit) without moderate-severe sharp upper abdominal pain within 30-60 mins. Also increased saliva, reflux, and pain when i move much. Struggle to carry baby. Normal bms, if increased (I had 2 today and yesterday, used to have one or less). Some nausea but no vomiting or diarrhea. Burping a lot. A little bit of shortness of breath but not bad.
The symptoms are more likely suggest the possibility of acid peptic disease due to excessive acid production from your gut. As a first line management you can take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

What Causes Abdominal Pain After Having Food?
Hi, The symptoms are more likely suggest the possibility of acid peptic disease due to excessive acid production from your gut. As a first line management you can take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. Avoid hot and spicy food stuffs. If symptoms persist, better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
