What Causes Abdominal Pain After Having Food?

Hi there, my daughter is 8 yo. She has always complained of tummy pain, mostly after eating. She has always been a light eater and is very small on the growth charts. Her hair is very slow growing, brittle, and thin. She get recurrent UTIs. She wets the bed every night. She recently was in the hospital for 4 days with c diff following antibiotic use. Right now I m giving her probiotic and enzyme daily. 1 Pediasure a day and trying completely lactose free. This has resulted in some dry nights. She has had her thyroid checked and they checked for celiac and ran a standard blood test. What more can I do for her?

I think you are in the right way and did the main examinations . I can add a feces analysis for parasites and candida, glucose test for primary diabetes, and total blood count to check for anemia.
