What Causes Abdominal Pain After Insertion Of Mirena?

Hello,I had a mirena inserted almost 4 months ago and it was fine, almost all of my abdominal pain went away, but now it just came on out of no where and has been constant for 4 days now. It is sensitive to touch, I am now 10 days late, and when I had an ultrasound they said the mirena was low in the uteruse. What should I do?
