General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you are exercising & now you are having abdominal pain avoid heavy exercises. Your abdomen is getting strained or having some muscular stress. Avoid lifting heavy weight for a couple of days. However, it can also be due to some medicine condition that is causing you discomfort. Sometimes weight loss can be associated with Crohn's disease, stomach ulcer, acid reflux, IBS. You are suggested to get clinically assessed & treated. In the meantime, you can take Antacids & PPI's for relieve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
