What Causes Abdominal Pain After Taking Oxcarbazepine?
I was given oxcarbapine by accident on 3/25/17--the pharamcist mixed up my medicine with someone elses--I was suppose to be taking tizanidine 4mg TID, and I discovered this error on Monday morning--I have been hospitalized for 6days 4-1-17 released 4/3/17, then admitted 4/3/17to 4/6/17--I had a lower GI bleed at 1:20 am that night of 4/6-7/17-- went to ER with abdominal pain 4/21/17 ct done given zofran w/dylated or however you spell the pain medicine--my ct should signs of diverticulosis released--I discovered the error like I say Monday am--is there some kind of withdrawal from taking 300mg TID of this oxcarbazepine? I discontinued it Sunday--I feel so shakey and weird-everyone was puzzled til I discovered this Monday
According to my opinion diverticulosis may not be related to your drug history. It may be because of certain other things. So, kindly refer to the gastroenterology department for further evaluation and proper treatment.
