Hello there,
thank you for posting your question on healthcare magic.
Your symptoms are associated with a number of things but most likely what you are suffering from is just trapped gas.Although you did have a bowel movement but since you have been constipated, it is possible that there is still quite a bit of trapped gas which is causing such symptoms as cramping abdominal pain and loss of appetite.
I shall advise you to drink plently if water and fibrous food like whole grain, cereal, green leafy vegetables.Once you have one or two bowel movements your symptoms will go away.
Another possibility could be mild gastritis but this is not as likely as the above mentioned cause.
If your constipation does not improve or if your symptoms dont resolve in a day or two, you may be advised to take a laxative.
Do talk to your healthcare provider if symptoms worsen or are accompanied by fever and/or loose motions as this could indicate diverticulitis or gastroenteritis and you would need prescription antibiotics to treat it.
Hope this is helpful. Thank you once again for visiting healthcare magic.
