What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Bloating And Nausea?

I have abdominal pain(upper and lower abdomen), burning feeling in bowels in lower abdomen, large increase in gas, small amount of nausea at times after I eat. Bowel movemets can b soft normal, diarrhea, it changes frequently, I am healthy, active, exercise 5 days a week, eat high fiber very healthy diet. No medical history except small bowel resection due to adhesions

Thank you for query.It may be due to gastritis or gastric reflux.It is likely due to junk foods spicy and carbonated drinks.Please avoid all these.Have short frequent meals.try with antacid chewables or syrups.Also take H2 blockers like ranitidine.If does not subside consult doctor to rule out other causes.
