What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Blood In Urine?

When I go to the bathroom is urinate blood but nothing is in my underwear I m having very bad pains in my stomach it hurts really bad I don t have periods anymore I had my tubes are tied and I also have a fibrillation years ago could you please tell me what s going on its dark black blood
I can understand your concern. It seems that you are suffering from urinary tract infection.
You need to take antibiotics to recover from this pain and blood in urine. I advise you to take Levofloxacin 250 mg (Levoflox) twice a day for five days. You can take Acetaminophen 500 mg thrice a day with Levofloxacin to have relief in pain while infection is cured. Drink lots of fluids as that will make it easier to eliminate pus and infection through urine. Take rest. You should feel relief by the time the course of antibiotic is completed.
If you do not feel relief by then, you should go for a blood test (complete blood count) and urine culture analysis. The problem is not related to your ovaries or menstruation.
I hope this answers your question. Thank you for trsuting HealthcareMagic with your concern. I wish you speedy recovery!
Best, Dr. Viraj Shah
