What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Burning Sensation Radiating To Vagina?

I have a right ovarian cyst after early menopause. I think today it s ruptured? Severe lower right abdominal pain, constant burning pain with sharp, stabbing bursts, burning down my right thigh/leg and my vagina, and pain around my navel. Can I treat this at home with heating pad and Advil/Norco that was prescribed by my Dr? I already have an ultrasound scheduled for follow up day after tomorrow but I m also dizzy and nauseous. I ve read online that ruptured ovarian cysts need emergency medical treatment, is this true or should I wait it out?

This is may not be rupture of ovarian cyst because if this was the rupture of ovarian cyst then this would be dared emergency and may demands immediate medical attention and surgical intervention, you can managed the pain with symptomatic medicines (can be used prescription given by doctor) this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
