General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the health situation of your son.

Vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain are suggestive for viral gastroenteritis. I advise to:
- keep him well hydrated, give plenty of water with ORS
- give OTC probiotics to normalize his altered intestinal flora
- give OTC tasectan or pepto bismol to stop diarrhea
- give light meals (banana, rice soup, apple sauce, toast, yogurt)
- give pain-killers to ease the pain and reduce fever

If no improvement, should send to ER as he might need intravenous perfusion and if your doctor is not in office by today.

Wish fast recovery!
