On Wednesday, I worked my shoulders and abdominal muscles at the gym, I drank my usual 16 oz of water on my way home on my bike, and drank at least 16 more ounces of water with dinner. By bedtime, I was have sore shoulders and severe abdominal pain which lasted all night long. In one instance when I had a bowel movement, I started to feel dizzy and began to sweat along with having a sharp abdominal pain that was shooting up to my spine, what could that have been?
