What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Farting And Bowel Incontinence?

I dont know what to do when i fart liquid comes out and half the time i dont even kniw and no matter what i eat or drink i have belly ache ten mintures after and have either brown running liquid or just complete water come out when am on the toilet what should i do?...

Thank you for posting at HCM

You need to first tell us your age, which will form the diagnosis in your case.

If it's just liquid coming out, then you need to be worried about frequency, if it's more than 3-4 , we usually advise following in your case :

1. Get an enema done at first to clean out the bowel
2. spend more time in toilet, don't take any reading material in, concentrate on the job.
3. Tab Oflox 400 BD 1-0-1 x 3 days, Tab Metrogyl 400 1-0-1 x 3 days, Tab Pantovolk DSR 1-0-1 X 3 days, Tab buscopan SOS Syp Volkzyme plus 5ml-0-5ml x 5 days

4. If above doesn't work, you need a colonoscopy
