hello mine name is stephanie my son Julian he is 6 years old he has been having stomach pain all day and often and has a temp 102.5 what can I do to help him more? he has issues since a baby with stomach and pooping, he has a number of medical issues also

may be the child is having chronic amoebiosis, or worm infestation. get stool examined.deworming with adose of albendazoleand metrogyl suspention 2tsf 3times for 5days can be given.
