What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Low Grade Fever?

I am feeling that I am having a mild stomach infection. I have abdominal pain while taking food and low fever as well. At times I am having nausea. I am feeling tired without taking any physical load. But your stool is okay although I have constipation. Should I take Oflamac 400?

Hello,

By your history and description, the possibility of gastritis is more likely. In my opinion, you should follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.

1. Start pantoprazole and domperidone combination twice daily on empty stomach.

2. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.

3. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.

4. Drink plenty of fluids orally.

No need to take Oflamac at present. You will mostly improve with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
