What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Diarrhea?
Hi I am a 25 year old female and I have been struggling with abdominal and pelvic pain and pressure. Recurrent bouts of nausea, diarrhea and lightheadedness. Very fatigued and sometimes feel weak or shaky. I have a history of headaches that have worsen in the last few weeks.
As per your query, you have symptoms of abdominal pain along with nausea and diarrhea which seems to be due to disturbance of the electrolytic balance of body due to excessive production of acid and it could be due to food intolerance, food allergy, bacterial or viral infection.
Need not to worry. Keep your bed with head on the higher side. I would suggest you consult a gastroenterologist for proper examination. The doctor may prescribe antibiotics like albendazole, omeprazole along with loperamide.
You should eat light and non-spicy, eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana. Take oral rehydrating solution as well. You should take a small quantity of food and avoid large intake at a single time. You should avoid intake of outside food.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
