Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

At the moment, you need to do the following:-
1- Avoid eating 2-3 hours before sleep.
2- Avoid eating large and fatty meals.
3- Divide your meals into smaller and multiple ones.
4- Take proton pump inhibitors or antihistamines to relieve your burning and reflux sensation.
5- You have to do stool analysis for the possibility of infection, to identify the organism and treat it accordingly.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
