What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting And Appetite Loss?

my 5 yr old grandson has been having stomach pains, bouts of vomiting, decreasing appetite, off/on fever for the past month. today at day care he refused to eat & took 2 naps--which he never does. had a fever which came down with tylenol. did not eat anything today. has severe stomach pains. a trip to er a few weeks brought the answer of nothing wrong. my son & daughter-in-law are so frustrated. any ideas?

hello there,
please get his complete blood count,total bilirubin,blood creatinine, serum electrolyte,mantoux test, USG abdomen followed by CT of abdomen.
please give him tablet zifi 100 mg twice a day,tablet albendazole 400mg just one tablet chewable,tablet emeset for vomiting, plenty of fluids if possible. continue Tylenol for pain and fever.
let us know the reports, together we can surely work out the cause and best treatment for him.
discuss the same with your personal doctor.
