What Causes Abdominal Pain And Black Stool After Drinking Alcohol?

Hi I had my hen party two nights ago didn't over drink but was drinking fruity cocktails. I pulled a muscle in my abdomin so have a lot of pain. Have gas too, but today have had black stools. Have taken an anti acid tablet. Just wondered if I should be concerned.

This is due to alcohol induced liver and gut damage that causes Bleeding.Stop Alcohol intake
