What Causes Abdominal Pain And Black Stool?

Hi,I am 24 years old female. I have abdominal pain and black stool for past 2-3 days and cough(tonsils) for past 4-5 days. I have been taking septilin tablets of Himalaya brand for tonsils. What could be the reason for it? Can it be due to smog cause nowadays there is too much smog in the air in past 5-6 days ?

Hello, thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. Septiline is a herbal remedie and is not known to give black stools. Even the polution is doesn't give black stools. Black stools is formed by gastrointestinal haemorrhage over colon transvers. Since you have abdominal pain most common cause is gastroduodenal ulceras. You have to do some examinations such as fibroscopy to find out the couse .
