What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating Along With Diarrhea?

Hello. I m sufferening from loose motion last 2days. I m taking single dose of Mac rd a day before eating anything. And ornof and redotil after eating twice a day. My stomach is like filled with air and heavy pain. It is normal or i should skip the mac rd so that my stomach sounds better.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain diarrhea can occur due to a number of causes like gastroenteritis, stomach flu, parasitic infestation, food intolerance, food allergies, electrolyte imbalance etc..
As you are taking antibiotics like Ornof, it should not be taken until you re not confirmed as you have viral infection as otherwise the antibiotics will further deteriorate the condition rather than improving..
As of now you can continue taking Redotil that is an anti diarrhea medicine and even can stop taking Mac Rd..
You can drink plenty of oral rehydration solution and other fluids to replenish water and electrolytes..
You can take more of yoghurt in diet along with rice, cereals and bananas..
Avoid spicy and heavy meals..
In case if there is no improvement in 3 to 4 days consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like stool test and blood test can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
