What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating Along With Dizziness?
Hi my name is kelly, And my boyfriend is having stomach problems. he s sweating and upper abdomnal pain, and bloating, and sharp pains in stomach. Has to use the bath rm urgently. He also has dizziness, and headache. His stomach extends after eating, and very hard. Can you please help?

Gastritis should be treated empirically with proton pump inhibitors ( and prokinetics. If the symptoms persist then an upper GI endoscopy should be planned in consultation with a gastroenterologist. Especially, if there are associated alarm symptoms such as weight loss, dysphagia etc.
