What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating In Upper Left Quadrant?

Hi, I ve been having stomach pain for the past three days and it is mostly on my upper left quadrant. I have been pooing on a regular basis and it is the normal color. I also feel really, really bloated. Do I have reason for concern, should I see a doctor?

It's all about poor digestion for any reason ...
Worm infestation is another possibility.
Take deworming tab of stat single dose...may be Albendazole. Once in the night.
Avoid food for a day. Do complete fast. Have boiled water only.
