What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating While Being Overweight?

I am extreme over weight I have thyroid diabetics bone brittle disease I have had pains on left hand side of breast for over 2 weeks now pee pee smells like garbage no pain no burning just pain in left side of tummy right side of tummy and centre of tummy is like a balloon left breast is like knife pain only in one spot no where else what is wrong with me

Being overweight you may have the loose lax oesophageal sphincter which may be responsible your sypmtoms as reflux of acid content of stomach reaches the oesophagus and acid hurts the inner lining of oesophagus that isfood pipe .
