Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating With Foul Odor And Blood In Urine?
I think I have a uti but I haven t checked for the symptoms....stomach discomfort, bloating, pinkish urine, nasty smell, a bit of brown spotting and I think a medication may fix it because it isn t going away...about a week or more now I have been uncomfortable
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. As per your complain you have blood in urine and discomfort in abdominal area so it is better to do a complete blood cell count and urine test for diagnosis.
Urine test and microscopic examination of urine helpful for further diagnosis. Urinary tract infection or kidney condition or stone problem may cause blood in urine.
Before diagnosis of anything first proper investigation is a must. Proper antibiotic coverage is helpful in infection condition. Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
Detailed history and investigation is helpful for diagnosis. Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
I hope my guidance is helpful to you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Get well soon.
Regards, Dr. Rachana Goswami
