What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating?
within an hour or less after eating I have horrible abdominal pain and bloating then the almighty bowl blowout starts to happen. sometimes it s once other times 2-3 episodes. Then there is the leaking that happens sometimes for a day or so. colonoscopy is clean and Dr put me on Librax. yes I m under tremendous stress but nothing seems to help. HELP.

May be due to malabsorption syndrome like tropical sprue or peptic ulcer disease or irritable bowel syndrome. You need upper GI endoscopy and possibly biopsy to find out the cause. CT scan abdomen may also be diagnostic.
