What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bowel Movement Immediately After Every Meal?
I went to Cambodia a year ago and had pain in my intestines and diahrea for 2 days while I was there. Ever since I have returned to the United States, everytime after I eat, I have pain in my abdominal area and I have urgency to use the restroom. Sometimes I have diahrea and cramping.

From history it seems that you might be having chronic gastro-intestinal infection giving rise this problem of having pain and off an on loose motions.
You might require one course of Oflox-tinidazole combination of medicine for 5 days.
Avoid fried, chilies and junk food.
