For the last two days I have had mid abdominal pain, cramping. I usually am more constipated but have been having frequent loose BM s. I am pretty nauseous and just dont feel good. Pain is worse after eating or drinking. Appetite is decreased. Feel like might have low grade fever.

Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern, Basically you seem to have intestinal involvement. alternate diarrhea & constipation can be caused by conditions like amebiasis/ irritable bowel syndrome/diverticulitis . - pain after eating or drinking anything & nausea..are suggestive of acid peptic disease.when this is associated with any one of above conditions causing intestinal inflammation lead to mid abdominal pain & cramping. Stool examination/ barium meal X ray / CT scan would be investigations suggested. Please consult a gastroenterologist for specific advise. Thanks
