What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea After Eating Meat, Tomatoes And Cheese?

Tonight I had grilled cheese, potatoe and ham ( a traditional French dinner ) and about 30/40 minutes after being done, I got acute stomach pains, and diarrhea. It s happened to me before and also happens to me when I eat taco s (melted cheese, meat, tomatoes..). It had happened every single time I ve eaten these types of foods and I d like to know if there s some kind of reasoning?

Hello, Thanks for the query. It appears like having an allergic reaction to either cheese or any of the other food items being eaten. If similar symptoms have occurred following intake of a specific food, then better to avoid it. The reason is next time the allergic episode can produce more severe reaction. Thanks.
