What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea During Pregnancy?

Good morning Doc. My wife is pregnant with 2.6 months,She is feeling pain in stomach & loos emotion problem. Yesterday we went to hospital for consultation. Doc. has given 3 medicine RANTAC 150mg,SPORLAC-DS,HYOCIMAX. But she is feeling vomiting after taking the medicine. Please suggest me should she take it or not.

It is a part of pregnancy symptoms and gastritis. She can very well continue rantac and hyoscimax as it will not cause any harm to baby and it is safe in pregnancy.
