I would say that diarrhea and abdominal pain may be caused of Amoxiclav .It s one of the side effect of this antibiotic since this all started to happen when you took the medication .You should stop and try another one .Diarrhea can make you be dehydrated . It may be a first sign of an another condition such as pseudomembranous colitis that is a inclations of your bowels when there is too much certain bacteria : Clostridium difficile .Other symptoms of this colitis are : fever , nause, Pus in your stools.
