What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?
Ok, my question is...sometimes I get cramps in my colon...with rumbling. I go to the bathroom bc I know I will have diarrhea. Sometimes I break out in a cold sweat and then I start vomiting. The episode usually lasts 15 to 20 minutes. Then I have to lie down for a while because I am drained. What causes this. It has happened even when I haven t eaten.

The cramps in the abdomen on and off signifies a digestion problem.
In my patients I usually advise a enzyme may be unienzyme or aristozyme to aid to the digestion.short and frequent meals will be better,please add a lot of fibre and fluids to your diet.
for a prolonged similar symptoms we need a general routine examination .
