What Causes Abdominal Pain And Fever After Unprotected Intercourse?

Hi I had unprotected sex with my husband a day before my period due. And next day i got my periods. Now from 2 days im having mild pain in abdomen, fever, lower back pain and feeling nauseous. I also did pregnancy home test but it came negative. What are the chances of pregnancy?  I have 35 days menstrual cycle.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Chances for you to be pregnant is very less as you did not have intercourse during the fertile period.
Since you have got periods next day after having intercourse, it states that you haven't conceived.
There was no necessary to take up pregnancy test.
The symptoms what you have mentioned could indicate that you could be having flu.
Hence, you need to be evaluated by consulting Physician and for further management.
