What Causes Abdominal Pain And Fever In A Kid?

My three year old daughter is experiencing abdominal pain and fever. Her pain started this morning when I put her down for a nap around 11:00 and continues with fever when she work up at 2:30. I don t know if i need to take her to her pediatrician. I have called but not received a response.
