What Causes Abdominal Pain And Fever?

My daughter is 5 and this morning she woke up with a sharp steady pain in the middle of her stomach. She has eaten fruit and one piece of pizza. No fever but last night she was running 100.7 She is on her last day of antibiotics today for strep throat. Could this just be lingering symptoms of strep?

Did you give her Lactospore pills along with antibiotic . If not along with antibiotic it can be given now. what antibiotic did she take ? antibiotic destroy the good bacteria in intestine and that can lead to antibiotic associated diarrhoea. If the pain doesn't subside with with Lactospore pill/yogurt ( if she doesn't have lactose intolerance) her stomach pain needs to be evaluated in primary care.
