What Causes Abdominal Pain And Foul Vaginal Smell After Having Sex?
A friend had surgical abortion a week ago then had sex 3 days ago. could she b pregnant? she also just started having abdominal pain and a foul smell in her vagina could it be an infection? before she had the abortion she had the same foul odour doctor said it was yeast infection due to pregnancy n prescribed antibiotics which worked but now the smell is back.

Yeast infection is notorious to recur. If she had it before abortion.. all the possibility of recurrence. apart from this it's essential to treat both sex partners in yeast infection.
You should consult her gynecologist earliest for check up/ exclude post abortal bacterial,yeast infection & follow the specific advise.
Genital hygiene need to be maintained. Let her take nutritious diet & plenty of water.She can start using vaginal pills ( used before)/ Betadin vaginal pessaries .. till she meets her doctor.
