What Causes Abdominal Pain And Heart Burns With History Of Having Gall Bladder Removed?
I am Jane.51years old 68kgs 5ft 2 inch tall. my gall bladder was removed 10yrs ago due to gallstones and duodenal ulcers. though i improved a lot, i still get frequent heart burns and in a few occasions i have lower stomach pain and diarrhea. i have been on and off esomeprazole . what can i do to eliminate this stomach problem forever?
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
The problem of heartburn can be cured completely through lifestyle changes. So, I suggest to avoid eating spicy foods or caffeinated drinks. Maintain a reasonable weight. Wear clothes that are loose around the waist. Eat smaller meals and try not to overeat. Don't smoke, get enough sleep and minimize stress.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
