General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The problem of heartburn can be cured completely through lifestyle changes.
So, I suggest to avoid eating spicy foods or caffeinated drinks.
Maintain a reasonable weight.
Wear clothes that are loose around the waist.
Eat smaller meals and try not to overeat.
Don't smoke, get enough sleep and minimize stress.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
