Hi dr ..I got married few months before ..and my husband left for a job after 8 days of marriage ....now we met a month before ....and I did nt concive yet ....I am worried .is thereany kind of problem in me ....we inter coures a day before and after that I feel slight pain onleft side of my abdomen n also white dischage with lilte redness plx help me t knw what is itz cause

Looking at your history this could be due to 1. Infection like yeast infection, STI or cervicitis 2. Vaginitis or inflammation following rough sex
In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC ESR ,urine culture and sensitivity test and a vaginal swab for culture You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor
