What Causes Abdominal Pain And Pink Vaginal Spotting After Unprotected Intercourse?

My last period was march 13th . I had unprotected sex alot between march20-april 26th . I bled in the middle of april for 2 days it was pink and brown and i had minor abdominal pain with it . I have took 2 dollar general pregnancy test and they both were negative but i feel like im pregnant and i have so many symptoms but idk why i have negative urine test . Do you think i still could be pregnant ?

Hi I think if your pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant. But if you want to clear your doubt, you can go for a blood test for pregnancy that is called as serum bhcg test. It will be 100 percent accurate in telling you if your are pregnant or not. Hope it helps.
