What Causes Abdominal Pain And Pressure In Vaginal Area?

I m wondering if this is something that could be severe or I can just set an appt during business hours instead of going to the ER... I have severe abdominal pain major pressure almost like child birth I felt like something is going to come out of my rectum and vaginal I can t be pregnant it s impossible since my tubes have been tied for almost 8 yrs.... could this be severe?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Feeling of pressure in rectum and vagina could be due to prolapse of rectum or vagina or both.
I suggest you to consult a surgeon for clinical assessment of rectum and vagina.
In addition, an ultrasound of pelvis also needs to be done to look for any evidence of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
PID can also sometimes cause pressure in pelvic region.
Thus, consult your doctor at the earliest to find out the cause of symptoms and thus management.
