What Causes Abdominal Pain And Problem In Urinating?

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from severe lower abdominal pain since 12 days once after doing COBRA STRETCH exercise and also feeling difficulty in pushing urine and there is no neural action in organ as for same 12 days. Please guide me Doctor what treatment to take?

Hello,

I think you may have pulled an abdominal muscle and you may need to have rest for some days. I can suggest you to take Buscopan to relieve the muscles pain. Also, you can take acetaminophen.
