What Causes Abdominal Pain And Swelling After Eating?

I m 68 and in fairly good physical shape. I work out 3-4 times a week. Lately I have noticed a slight pain or discomfort in my abdomen. My wife has noticed that sometimes my belly seems extended although normally I have a flat stomach (no pot belly). Usually the extended belly occurs after eating but I neither eat too much nor am I constipated. I should mention as well that the abdominal pair is kind of like white noise; I hardly notice it but suddenly I realize there is a slight discomfort (pain may not be the right word) that just seems to be there, then diminishes only to reappear... Any thoughts? Thank you for your response. Michael

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, dull abdomen pain or intermittent abdomen pain, is difficult to diagnose even with clinical examination, most of the nonspecific abdomen pain comes around on its own and if it is not then it should be brought to investigations, till then Tab Dicyclomine can be tried, (It is not just single cause of pain is there but it may have several causes and all that needs differentiation) hope this information helps.
