I ve had constant stomach ache for the past 3 days, at first I had diarrhoea too but now my stools have more consistency but are very thin and clumped together however the abdominal pain continues? On the first day I came down with a high temperature also however felt cold, this had settled right down after a day but am still left with the stomach issues. I ve tried using Imodium but it hasn t helped
